Our internships and programs offer a firsthand look into a variety of our roles in the consulting industry. All provide an experience to learn about Bain, dive into what it’s like to work with us, and gain skills you can leverage throughout your career.

These programs range from two days to a year

We have lots of programs for a variety of experiences—there's something for undergraduates, MBAs, and those with advanced degrees. There are internships for those curious about consulting, for future female leaders with already extensive work experience, and for business functions like knowledge management.

NORTH & SOUTH AMERICA
One week or less
- Connecting and Resourcing Empowered Women (CREW). US/Toronto only. If you identify as a woman, find your CREW at Bain. In-person 1.5-day workshop for sophomore (second) year students. Learn more
- Consulting Kickstart US/Toronto only. Gain exposure to consulting as a first-year undergraduate student. 1.5-day virtual program for Black, Hispanic/Latin American, and Indigenous students who are in the US at a four-year university. Learn more
- ADvantage. Live a "week in the life" as a strategy consultant. For advanced degree students. Learn more
- Building and Supporting Excellence (BASE). US/Toronto only. Spend a week learning about the Bain consultant role prior to your MBA. For Black, Hispanic/Latin American, and Indigenous students who are interested in learning about any of Bain’s US or Toronto offices. Learn more
- Building Entrepreneurial Leaders (BEL). US/Toronto only. Spend a week learning about Bain in-person alongside a case team. For Black, Hispanic/Latin American, and Indigenous students who are second-year (sophomore) students in a four-year program. Learn more
